Prices & Delivery

The prices stated on the website are inclusive of VAT (6% or 19%) and exclusive of shipping costs. Shipping costs are always at the expense of the client and may vary per country. See the diagram below.

ComiQuest cannot be held liable for incorrectly stated prices, for example as a result of entry or printing errors. No rights can be derived from incorrect price information.

Special offers are clearly indicated on the website. Offers remain valid as long as stock lasts.
ComiQuest aims to deliver your order within 5 working days after receipt of your payment. The legal delivery term is within 30 days after receipt of payment. Deliveries in and outside Europe are carried out by parcel service TNT.

Deliveries outside Europe, please note:
- additional costs, such as custom duties and custom clearance, will be charged to the customer!

- Attention: 
If you include a reservation for a certain product in your order, you will receive your total order as soon as the reserved product becomes available.

- If the shipping total you paid is far removed from the actual shipping cost, the difference will be included with your order in the form of a gift-voucher. This voucher can be used with your next order and will always be valid for one year.
